Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
If the product is defective, we will refund it. You do not need to return the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned product, and we will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a set amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you've already received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
